How to Receive Holy Spirit and God’s Gifts
Early Secluded, either in nature or in the closet not to be seen by others
Mark 13:5 And in the morning rising up a great while before day He went out and departed into a solitary place and there prayed
Matthew 6:6 But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.
Keep commandments and ask God for (faith, repentance, eyes to see, ears to hear, grace and holy spirit then test the spirit to confirm because we are commanded to test and not trust every spirit)
1 John 3:22 And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight
John 14:15-17 If you love me, OBEY my COMMANDMENTS. And I will ask the Father, and he will GIVE you another Advocate, who will never leave you. He is the HOLY SPIRIT, who leads into all truth
Proverbs 28:9 He that TURNETH AWAY his ear from hearing the LAW, even his prayer shall be an ABOMINATION.
